Please read these Terms carefully before using the Site or placing an order. By accessing the Site, creating an account, or submitting an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or place an order.

2. Other Policies
Our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Returns and Refunds Policy, and any product-specific conditions displayed on the Site form part of these Terms. If there is a conflict, the following order of priority applies: (a) any mandatory law; (b) product-specific terms disclosed before purchase; (c) the applicable policy; and (d) these Terms.
3. Eligibility and Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live, to place an order. If you are under that age, a parent or legal guardian must place the order for you.
You must provide current, complete, and accurate information when creating an account or placing an order. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for activity conducted through your account. Please notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. We may suspend or close an account where reasonably necessary to protect you, us, or other users, or to prevent fraud or misuse.

However, screen settings may affect how colours appear, and manufacturers may update packaging without changing the product materially. Images are illustrative unless expressly stated otherwise.
Before purchase and use, please review the product page, ingredient information, directions, warnings, and packaging. If you have a known allergy or sensitivity and need to confirm an ingredient, contact us before placing your order. The information on the product packaging should be checked before use because it may contain the most current directions and warnings.
We do not knowingly substitute a materially different product without your consent. Product availability is not guaranteed and we may set reasonable purchase limits, particularly for limited-stock or promotional items.
5. Skincare and Cosmetic Use

6. Prices, Currency, Taxes, and Duties
Prices and currencies are shown on the Site and may vary by destination. Unless stated otherwise, delivery charges, taxes, customs duties, import fees, and similar charges are not included in the listed product price and will be shown at checkout where collected by us.
If duties, taxes, or import charges are not collected at checkout, you may be required to pay them directly to the relevant authority or delivery provider, to the extent permitted by applicable law. You are responsible only for charges properly disclosed or lawfully imposed.
We may change prices at any time, but a change will not affect an order we have already accepted. If a price, discount, or product detail contains an obvious error, we may contact you for instructions or cancel the affected item and issue a full refund. We will not knowingly rely on an obvious error to your detriment.
7. Orders and Contract Formation
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase the selected products. An automated order acknowledgement confirms only that we received your order; it does not mean the order has been accepted. A binding sales contract is formed when we send a dispatch or shipment confirmation, or otherwise expressly confirm acceptance.
We may reject or cancel an order before acceptance for reasonable reasons, including lack of stock, inability to deliver to the address, suspected fraud or unauthorized payment, breach of purchase limits, legal or regulatory restrictions, or an obvious pricing or listing error. If we cancel an order after receiving payment, we will refund the amount charged for the cancelled item to the original payment method.

9. Promotions and Discount Codes
Promotions, gifts, bundles, loyalty benefits, and discount codes are subject to any additional conditions stated with the offer. Unless stated otherwise, offers cannot be combined, exchanged for cash, or applied retrospectively. We may withdraw or correct a promotion where there is a genuine error, fraud, misuse, or a legal requirement, without affecting orders already accepted except where the law permits otherwise.
10. Delivery
We deliver only to destinations made available at checkout. Delivery charges and estimated delivery times will be shown during checkout or in our Shipping Policy. Delivery dates are estimates unless we expressly agree to a guaranteed date.
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and any information reasonably required for delivery or customs clearance. If delivery fails because the information supplied was incorrect or incomplete, you may be responsible for reasonable redelivery or return costs, to the extent permitted by law.
If an order is materially delayed, lost in transit, or cannot be delivered, contact us at service@bbrosegcc.com. We will investigate and provide the remedy required by applicable law, which may include replacement, redelivery, or refund.
11. Risk and Ownership
Risk of loss or damage passes to you when the order is delivered to you or to a person you identify to receive it. Ownership passes only after we have received full payment and the products have been delivered, unless applicable law provides otherwise.
12. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
Nothing in this section limits any mandatory consumer right available under the law of your country or region.
12.1 Change-of-mind returns
Unless a longer period is stated in our Returns and Refunds Policy or required by law, you may request a change-of-mind return within 7 calendar days after delivery. To qualify, the product must be unused, unopened, untested, in its original sealed packaging, and in a resalable condition, with proof of purchase.
For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, opened, used, tested, or unsealed skincare products, cosmetics, makeup tools, applicators, and similar personal-care items cannot be returned for a change of mind. This restriction does not apply where the product is defective, damaged, incorrect, unsafe, misdescribed, or where applicable law requires a return.
Products marked “final sale” are non-returnable for change of mind only where this was clearly disclosed before purchase and applicable law permits it. Any free gift or promotional item supplied with a returned order must also be returned unused, unless the return relates only to a defective product and we agree otherwise.
12.2 Defective, damaged, incorrect, or missing products
Please inspect your order after delivery and contact us promptly if a product is defective, damaged, incorrect, missing, expired, or has a broken or tampered seal. Include your order number and, where reasonably possible, clear photographs or other supporting information. Failure to contact us immediately does not remove any right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
After assessment, we will provide the remedy required by applicable law, which may include replacement, exchange, repair where appropriate, price reduction, or refund. We will cover reasonable return costs where the return is caused by our error or a qualifying product defect.
12.3 Return process and refunds
Before sending a product back, contact service@bbrosegcc.com for return instructions. Returns sent without sufficient order information or to an unauthorized address may be delayed.
For an eligible change-of-mind return, you are responsible for the return shipping cost unless applicable law or our published policy states otherwise. We recommend using a trackable service. Original delivery charges and upgraded or express-delivery charges are non-refundable for a change-of-mind return, except where required by law.
Once an eligible return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be sent to the original payment method, normally within 10 business days after approval, or sooner if required by law. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the refund.
13. Intellectual Property
The Site and its content—including text, photographs, product images, graphics, logos, designs, videos, software, and layout—are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Site for personal, non-commercial shopping purposes.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, scrape, republish, sell, exploit, or create derivative works from Site content without our prior written permission, except where applicable law allows it.
14. Reviews and User Content
If you submit a review, photograph, comment, or other content, you confirm that you own it or have permission to submit it and that it is accurate, lawful, and does not infringe another person’s rights. You retain ownership of your content, but grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce, format, translate, publish, display, and use it for operating and promoting the Site and our products, subject to applicable privacy and advertising laws.
We may moderate or remove content that is unlawful, misleading, abusive, irrelevant, infringing, or otherwise violates these Terms. We will not manipulate reviews in a way that misleads consumers.

Subject to the paragraph above and to the fullest extent permitted by law:
- we are not liable for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the relevant contract was formed;
- we are not liable for business losses arising from a consumer purchase, including loss of profit, revenue, business opportunity, or goodwill; and
- for claims legally capable of being limited and directly relating to a specific order, our total liability will not exceed the amount paid for the product or order giving rise to the claim.
This section does not reduce any mandatory remedy or consumer protection available in your place of residence.
20. Events Beyond Our Reasonable Control
We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, severe weather, epidemic or pandemic restrictions, war, civil disturbance, labour disruption, transport interruption, customs delay, government action, telecommunications failure, or major system outage. We will take reasonable steps to minimize the effect, keep you informed where appropriate, and provide any cancellation or refund right required by law.
21. Suspension and Termination
You may stop using the Site at any time. We may restrict or terminate access where you materially breach these Terms, misuse the Site, create a security or fraud risk, or where required by law. Termination does not affect rights and obligations that arose before termination, including accepted orders, payments, refunds, intellectual-property rights, and liability provisions.

These Terms and any non-contractual obligations arising from them are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. The courts of Hong Kong have non-exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, this choice of law and jurisdiction does not deprive you of any mandatory protection or right to bring a claim that you have under the law of your country or region of residence.
24. General Provisions
If any provision of these Terms is held to be unlawful or unenforceable, it will be limited or removed only to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
If we do not enforce a provision immediately, that does not waive our right to enforce it later. You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our written consent, except where applicable law permits. We may transfer our rights or obligations as part of a merger, reorganization, sale of business, or to an affiliate or service provider, provided that doing so does not reduce your rights.
A person who is not a party to the contract governed by these Terms has no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance (Cap. 623) to enforce any provision of these Terms.
If these Terms are translated, the English version prevails to the extent permitted by law. Where applicable law requires another language version to prevail, that law will apply.
